Owner and Operating Manager, Jandia Carroll, who goes by Dia, graduated from Cass Tech High School and University of Michigan. She now holds a dual bachelors of Business Administration and Controller-ship Accounting as well as a Masters of Business Administration (MBA).  She started JIC's Entertainment in 2013  with rental services only. JIC's Entertainment has now expanded its services to include:
